Dr. Amanda M. Becker is the United Healthcare/Optum Behavioral Health Executive Director for Virginia Medicaid. She served as the Director for Good Neighbor, a Virginia based behavioral health company. Prior to that Amanda helped Virginia implement CCC + as the Director of Behavioral Health and Addiction Services with Optima Health Care. Amanda has a 24 year history of working as a licensed clinical social worker. She received her bachelors in History and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh, her masters in Social Work from Arizona State University, and her doctorate in Psychology from Walden University. Amanda is Vice Chair for Community Transformer Foundation.
