Rob McCartney, MSW, is the Chief Executive Officer for The Barry Robinson Center, a non-profit behavioral health system in Norfolk, VA. Rob sits on several non-profit boards including: Tidewater Friends of Foster Care, The Greater Norfolk Corporation/GNC and the Association of Children’s Residential Centers, a member of Norfolk State University/NSU School of Social Work Advisory Board. A Practicum Supervisor for University of Louisville School of Social Work, and mentor in The Executive Mentorship Program” at NSU. Prior to his move to leadership Rob spent over 15 years as a clinician.
